The agency produces trade show content immediately and edits the material on-site to avoid any delays. Rental furniture and catering equipment
Fair Rent, a climate-neutral service partner with Messe München, is expanding its trade fair support and now provides professional support on site.
Fair Rent opened its lounge in the Atrium of Messe München to trade fair customers in February 2023. The competent inhouse team shall help exhibitors and booth construction companies overcome last-minute challenges and also realize last-minute wishes.
The lounge is a meeting point for customer discussions and logistics as well as a presentation area for Fair Rent's design furniture and high-quality catering equipment. A place to be inspired by the latest trade fair trends, where the perfect furniture for a future trade fair booth can be selected in a comfortable and casual atmosphere.
- The Fair Rent lounge is located in the atrium in front of Hall B5.

Fair Rent is a certified climate-neutral company since 2020 and focuses on sustainability such as conservation of natural resources, short transport routes, determination of the CO2 footprint, CO2 compensation via certified climate protection projects and CO2 reduction.

NEW BUILDING WITH MAXIMUM ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Rappenglitz has taken advantage of the Corona forced break and invested in a new company building. In the building, attention was not only paid to optimal work processes and high working comfort, but also the environment was always in focus. The result: a complex that was built entirely according to the kfw55 standard.
In addition to a generous photovoltaic system, for example, a 500 KW wood-burning fire system was installed. Defective furniture or exhibition stands that are no longer in use are chopped up and burned. As there are many coated or lacquered chipboards in the trade fair construction industry, the wood-burning fire installation was equipped with a state-of-the-art filter system. This modern recycling system allows the entire building to be heated with zero emissions.
Furthermore, Rappenglitz uses only modern electric forklifts at its new location, which form an optimal symbiosis with the PV system.
